Rachel has announced she will retire from The Australian Ballet after her last performance as Odette in Swan Lake
(Sydney Opera House, 19 December 2012). This is very sad news for her fans! But all
good things must come to an end, and I'm sure Rachel will not be far from the ballet world. We wish her all the best in all
future endeavours. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for each 'world' you have taken me into through your amazing artistry,
flawless technique and unique presence on stage, Rachel. We will miss you!
